Before you sign
Ontario has different age, capacity, and witnessing considerations for property and personal-care appointments. Follow the current kit, not a generic template.
If capacity is disputed, the appointment is complex, or property crosses jurisdictions, get advice from a qualified lawyer or notary where appropriate.
After it is properly completed
Keep the signed original secure and give appropriate copies or location instructions to the people who may need to use it.
You can then record its location and the responsible contacts in BeforeHand. Uploading a file does not make it legally valid or replace delivery, registration, witnessing, or notarization required elsewhere.
